Postage and Delivery Terms
All orders received before 11.00 a.m will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 11.00 a.m will be processed ready for dispatch the following day, however, we will endeavour to dispatch as many as possible before the courier comes to collect.
You must ensure you have provided us with a valid email address, Eircode and telephone number. Any orders which are dispatched via couriers will need signing for.
On the day of delivery the courier company will text you with an estimated 2 hour time window for the delivery of your parcel on that day.
Shipping consists of all postcodes in Ireland EXCLUDES postcodes belonging to Northern Ireland and Mainland UK.
For deliveries within IRELAND there is a minimum standard rate of €10.00 for all orders. The charge will be automatically added to your order before any transaction is completed to allow alterations or cancellations if required.
Orders received before 11.00 a.m Monday – Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day, orders received after 11.00 a.m Monday – Friday will be dispatched the following working day. Orders received at the weekend or after 11.00 a.m on Friday will be dispatched on a Monday, we will endeavour to get as many orders dispatched after the 11.00 a.m deadline but it will depend on time and the time the courier comes to collect the parcels.
Parcels are normally sent by Courier, once despatched, delivery will normally be Next Working days (Mon-Fri).
We are unable to deliver to addresses containing a PO Box number or FREEPOST addresses.
We will deliver to the address and postcode as you entered and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or Eircode, please check it using the Eircode online portal finding service.
If in the unlikely event that your goods are not received within 10 working days of ordering, please notify us by email or by telephone on 045 397150 and quote your order number We cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay on delivery of the goods
Receiving Your Goods
Please note that the majority of deliveries are sent by Courier and MUST be signed for. If there is no-one in to receive the parcel a card will be left so a more convenient time can be arranged for delivery. Alternatively, you can leave a signed note for the driver to leave your parcel at a neighbour’s address.
Please check the goods before the driver leaves and if there is any damage please refuse to accept the delivery as any claims for damage caused in transit are not upheld by the courier.

Checking the Status of Your Order
You can check the status of your order by telephone on 045 397150.
If at any time you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, please notify us by email within 2 working days of your delivery. You should then arrange for the unwanted items to be returned to us in the condition in which they were received, within 14 days. We recommend you send the goods recorded delivery for your own protection. On receipt of the returned goods, we will arrange for your account to be credited with the full cost of the goods only, we will not pay for your return delivery cost unless the item is deemed faulty.
Please note credit card companies do not allow refunds to any other card. You must allow 7 working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, please also see our returns policy.
All of our products are covered by a 12 month warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any return delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.
Upon receipt of your goods please inspect to ensure your goods are in good condition. Please note that we will cover the cost of return where the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.
Please contact us for returns authorisation before sending the goods back or we may be unable to process your claim.
N.B. Any damaged courier deliveries must be reported to us within 72 hours or claims for damages can not be accepted.
Items may be returned providing that you do so within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition and fully packaged in the original packaging so the item can be re-sold to another customer. Used items etc may not be returned. Please contact us for returns authorisation before sending the goods back or we will be unable to process your claim.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns so please ensure you return them via an appropriate courier or insured method as we do not accept any liability until received by us. Also please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned.

Sometimes product specifications/images may change, in such instances, we’ll do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will conform in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.
